This 1933 Ford is my impression of one that was recently offered for sale in California on behalf of the owner from Clinton, Michigan. It is what was commonly known in the 1930’s, a sedan delivery. Based on the 1933 car it had a longer chassis, suicide doors and the rear had a panel van layout with two rear doors..
These are the images of progress so far. What’s happened is that the colour of the car has changed and I’m trying something different with the background. Still a long way to go.
This is a small oil on canvas panel measuring 148 mm x 210 mm (6 inches x 8 inches) and forms part of a series which includes a 1937 Chevrolet Coupe, a 1933 Ford Sedan Delivery, a 1950 Chevrolet deluxe, a 1936 Cord Westchester, a 1947/48 Pontiac Silver Streak and Grandpa’s Chev.
